A man was stabbed Friday evening on a TTC streetcar in the city’s east end, police say.
The man, described as being in his 20s, approached a TTC driver on Queen Street East between Broadview Avenue and the Don Valley Parkway with stab wounds to his lower back.
He apparently had gotten into an altercation that turned physical and was stabbed twice.
He is in a stable condition.
Police say they have video surveillance of the suspects, described as young men.
