Peel Regional Police have charged a man with aggravated assault after an 18-year-old was stabbed in Brampton.
Police say the 18-year-old man stabbed multiple times behind a building on Eastborne Drive. The attack took place at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Friday night.
The victim was taken to hospital, and police said his injuries are non-life threatening. He remains in hospital in critical but stable condition.
A man and woman were arrested at the scene, but the woman was released without conditions. The man has been charged with aggravated assault, and remains in custody.
