A man has been taken to hospital in serious condition after a shooting in Toronto’s Rexdale neighbourhood, paramedics say.
The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. in the area of Finch Avenue West and Islington Avenue.
Paramedics say the victim sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. He is currently in stable condition.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
