A male victim has suffered first- and second-degree burns to his legs and arms after a rail car in the northwest end of the city caught fire Tuesday.
Toronto Fire says the blaze happened inside a rail car at 99 Fenmar Dr., near Weston Road and Finch Avenue West.
Officials say a propane tank may have been involved.
EMS says the male victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
