A garbage truck driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries after his vehicle hit a pole and rolled over.
The incident happened shortly after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Keele Street and Yore Road, which is just north of Eglinton Avenue West.
Toronto Police said good Samaritans pulled the driver out of the vehicle after the crash. He was conscious and breathing.
Toronto EMS took the driver to hospital. They say the man may have suffered a spinal injury.
The truck has been removed from the accident scene.
