Dozens of firefighters worked to put out a blaze that engulfed a building under construction at the former Peel Memorial Hospital in Brampton Monday night.
The fire broke out at approximately 7:30 p.m. at the Lynch Street construction site, located near Queen and Centre Streets.

CTV Toronto's Heather Wright reported that 28 firefighters are on scene fighting the massive blaze. Images from the scene showed heavy smoke and flames near the base of a construction crane.
Police say no injuries have been reported. It’s not immediately clear how the fire started.
