WEATHER
Environment Canada says there will be periods of rain or drizzle throughout the day. The mercury is expected to climb to a high of 7 C, and will fall to a low of 4 C Tuesday night.
The weather agency has issued a fog advisory for Toronto, Hamilton, and Barrie, as well as York, Durham, and Peel Regions.
TRAFFIC
Provincial police are warning drivers to be extra careful as thick fog reduces visibility Tuesday morning. It is already blamed for several collisions. Two lanes of the eastbound Highway 401 are expected to be closed for several hours at Highway 115 following a diesel spill.

Health officials warn of 'wave' of influenza cases
Toronto Public Health says there has been a "wave" of influenza cases in the city. Authorities say there have been 113 cases as of Dec. 6 - more than three times the 10-year seasonal average.
Judge to deliver jury instructions at Christopher Husbands' trial
The judge in the Eaton Centre shooting trial is expected to deliver his final instructions to the jury later today. Christopher Husbands has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder and five counts of aggravated assault.
