Environment Canada says it will be mainly cloudy today with a 40 per cent chance of flurries. The daytime high is expected to be 0 C, before temperatures fall to a low of -7 C overnight.

TRAFFIC

Morning traffic is building along the usual routes into the city, with most congestion along Highway 401 westbound between Morningside Avenue and Markham Road. Commuters are also moving slowly near Pearson International Airport, and where the 401 intersects with Highway 404 and the Don Valley Parkway.

Starbucks' Earl Grey shortage to be resolved

Fans of Starbucks' Earl Grey take note: the company says a shortage of the tea is expected to be resolved "within the next week." The company emailed a statement to CTVNews.ca after some stores reported low supplies of the tea, which several baristas described as a customer favourite.

Toronto man finds his match

A Toronto man who made headlines last month, by offering a free trip around the world to a woman with the same name as his ex-girlfriend, has found a match. Jordan Axani and Elizabeth Gallagher of Cole Harbour, N.S. are scheduled to start their trip in New York City, on Dec. 21.

SPORTS

Kyle Lowry left the Air Canada Centre last night with 20 points and 12 assists after the Toronto Raptors beat the Brooklyn Nets 105-89. Next, the Raps will take on the Detroit Pistons in Auburn Hills, Michigan on Friday night.

After a night off, the Toronto Maple Leafs will face off against the Carolina Hurricanes in Raleigh. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
