5 taken to hospital after head-on crash in Caledon

The Ontario Provincial Police say five people have been taken to hospital after a head-on crash in Caledon.

OPP received the call shortly after 6 p.m. Monday, in the Highway 9 and Airport Road area, in Caledon.

One person is currently in critical condition. The extent of the injuries of the four others is unknown.

Highway 9 is closed both ways between Airport Road and Station Road.
