TORONTO -- It seems even the V.I.P.s at the Toronto International Film Festival are finding ways around the city's traffic woes.
After taking in Friday night's world premiere gala screening of "Boychoir," there was no limo or luxury car for former governor-general Adrienne Clarkson.
Instead, she hopped on the subway with husband/author John Ralston Saul, avoiding the glut of contruction work that has already caused at least one delay for celebs at the fest.
Clarkson and Ralston Saul were at the screening in the same section as the film's cast members, including Dustin Hoffman, Eddie Izzard and Josh Lucas.
Newcomer Garrett Wareing stars in the drama as a troubled boy who tries to prove himself in a choir school.
The Toronto International Film Festival runs through Sept. 14.
