Bus cancellations for southern Ontario on Monday, Feb. 2
Several school bus routes have been cancelled in Toronto and surrounding area as a result of a heavy snowstorm and blowing wind travelling through southern Ontario.
All buses are cancelled and schools are closed for the following boards:
- Peel School Board
- Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board
- Upper Grand District School Board
- Halton District School Board
- Halton Catholic District School Board
- Waterloo Region District School Board (schools and extended day programs)
- Grand Erie School Board
- Niagara Catholic District School Board
Buses are cancelled but schools are open for the following regions and boards:
- Toronto District School Board
- Toronto Catholic District School Board
- Bill Crothers Secondary School
- Durham Catholic School Board
- Durham Student Transportation Services
- Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board
- Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario: All buses Peterborough, Northumberland and Clarington areas, KPR and PVNC schools and Mon. Jamot School
- Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board
- Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board
- Limestone District School Board
- Student Transportation Service Consortium of Grey Bruce: zone 7 Teeswater, Lucknow and Ripley
- Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium: south and central zones
- All buses in Oxford, Elgin, Middlesex County and London
Other cancellations and closures
All morning and afternoon classes are cancelled at CDI College campuses in Ontario. The Georgian College Orangeville campus is also closed. The University of Toronto Mississauga campus is closed.
The Brampton and Mississauga campuses of Everest College is closed. All classes have been cancelled at all Centennial College campuses.
Daytime classes at all Humber College campuses including the University of Guelph-Humber have been cancelled.
McMaster University will be closed during the day due to weather. The school will make a decision about night classes by noon.
All classes at Sheridan College have been cancelled

Maple Children's Montessori School will close early, at 1 p.m.
All City of Burlington buildings are also closed Monday due to the weather, except for City Hall and Burlington Transit hubs.
The civic centre and all recreation facilities other than arenas are closed in Halton Hills.
