Police are on the scene of a collision in Acton that left one man dead on Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred at around 6 a.m. near Dublin Line and Crewsons Line.
Ontario Provincial Police Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said the male driver of a commercial vehicle crashed into a pole in the area and was pronounced dead in hospital.
The cause of the collision has not yet been released but the area remains closed to traffic as police investigate.
Police said the victim was a 60 year-old man.
The OPP's collision reconstruction team is heading to the scene.
