Police have identified the victim of a shooting in a North Toronto neighbourhood Tuesday night.
Peter Nguyen was found suffering from obvious injuries when police responded to reports of gun shots fired in the area of Yonge St. and Deloraine Ave at approximately 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.
The 26-year-old was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say they are confident Nguyen was targeted, but do not yet know the motive for the shooting.
Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate two suspects seen leaving the area on foot.
They are both described as men dressed in dark clothing.
