MOUNT FOREST, Ont. - A motorcyclist is dead after colliding with a tractor on Tuesday afternoon near Mount Forest, Ont.
Grey County OPP say the motorcycle had crested a hill just after 3:30 p.m. and crashed into a tractor which had exited a private laneway and was crossing the road to a field on the other side.
The driver of the motorcycle was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The 46-year-old Southgate man driving the tractor suffered serious injuries and was taken to a Hamilton hospital by ambulance.
The OPP says the crash occurred on Southgate Sideroad 49 near Highway 89.
No names have been released.
