Toronto police have arrested a second suspect in the city's first homicide of the year. An arrest warrant has been issued for a second suspect also believed to be involved in the shooting death of Johnny Gewarges Youkhana outside a North York massage parlour.

Youkhana, 36, was found dead on Jan. 3 in a parking lot of a strip mall on Milvan Drive, in the Weston Road and Finch Avenue West area.

Witnesses told police there was an argument inside a second-floor massage parlour. The fight continued outside where gunshots rang out in the parking lot.

Police initially said they were looking for three suspects.

Authorities arrested a 20-year-old man on Jan. 11. Anderson Nop was charged with first-degree murder.

Police arrested a second suspect on Feb. 11.

Augusto Charlery, a 22-year-old Toronto resident, is charged with first-degree murder. He made a brief appearance in court Thursday morning.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 21-year-old Ali Raza. Raza, who also faces a first-degree murder charge, is believed to be in Pakistan.
