RICHMOND HILL, Ont. -- A man sought on a Canada-wide warrant in a double slaying inside a Montreal clothing store in 2010 has been arrested north of Toronto.
The 28-year-old was arrested by York Regional Police without incident early Friday at a home in Richmond Hill, Ont.
Kyle Gabriel, of Richmond Hill, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and was to be returned to Montreal on Friday.
Police say three men entered an upscale boutique in March 2010 and opened fire, killing two men, including the store's manager, and injuring a third.
Two suspects were arrested shortly after the incident, while a third escaped and was named in an arrest warrant issued last month.
