A suspect has been arrested by Ontario Provincial Police after allegedly driving away from a fatal rollover just outside Barrie Friday afternoon.
The collision occurred on County Road 90, just before 5 p.m.
Footage shot by CTV Barrie showed a red vehicle lying on its roof in the ditch of a country road.
At least one person was trapped, OPP said.
Two people were taken to hospital and the vehicle was covered with a tarp to preserve evidence, police said.
Police allege that one driver involved left the scene of the collision. They arrested a suspect a short distance away, in Essa Township.
