School buses were cancelled in some districts due to snow squalls and poor driving conditions Friday, Dec. 13, 2013.

Here is a list of cancellations:

  • All buses to schools in the city of Kawartha Lakes for Trillium Lakelands District School Board.
  • Buses to St. John's (Kirkfield), St. Mary's, St. Dominic, St. Luke's and Pope John Paul elementary schools and St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in the city of Kawartha Lakes.
  • Buses in Simcoe County's north zone (Elmvale, Midland, Penetanguishene and Orillia).
  • Buses in Simcoe County's west zone (Collingwood, Stayner and Wasaga Beach).
  • Pretty River Academy in Collingwood is closed.
  • All buses operated by Wellington-Dufferin Student Transportation Services in North Wellington (Pink Card). The following schools are closed: Centre Peel Public School, Kenilworth Public School, Maryborough Public School.
  • Wiarton, Hepworth and Sauble Beach.
  • Teeswater, Lucknow and Ripley.
  • Meaford and Thornbury.
  • Owen Sound, including in-city pickups.
  • Lion's Head and Tobermory.
  • Chesley, Tara and Desboro.
  • Durham and Holstein.
  • Routes 868 and 869 from Port Elgin and Southampton into Owen Sound.
  • Hanover, Ayton and transfer buses to Walkerton.
