An incinerator has been found and seized from a farm owned by the man accused of killing Timothy Bosma, police have confirmed.
It is not known whether the incinerator was used in Bosma’s murder.
Bosma, a 32-year-old married father of one, disappeared on May 6 after leaving his Ancaster, Ont., home with two strangers for a test drive of a pickup truck he was selling online. His burned remains were found in the Waterloo area this week.
The public will get a chance to pay their respects to Bosma and his family on Friday.
A book of condolences will be available at the Ancaster Old Town Hall, located at 310 Wilson St. E, between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. for those wishing to leave a message for the Bosma family.
Donations can be made to Sharlene Bosma, Tim Bosma’s wife, and the couple’s daughter through a TD Canada Trust fund. The account number is 6332096 and the branch number is 2047.
Police have not yet said how Bosma died, but revealed that he was likely killed shortly after heading out for the test drive.
Dellen Millard, 27, has been charged with first-degree murder, forcible confinement and theft over $5,000.
Police said they are looking for at least two other suspects.
Millard’s lawyer Deepak Paradkar told reporters Wednesday that once the other suspects are apprehended, “you’ll get a fuller picture of what’s going on.”
Paradkar said his client intends to plead not guilty.
Police have said that they are searching several properties and vehicles as part of their investigation.
Millard is the CEO of Millard Air, a charter airline founded by his family.
