Peel police arrested a man Saturday evening after an ice cream truck crashed into a house in Brampton.
The call came in around 10:30 p.m. last night on Travis Crescent, in the Bovaird Drive West and Chinguacousy Road area.
The 33-year-old man was arrested and charged with operating impaired and failure to provide a breath sample, according to Peel police constable George Tudos.
Police say there were no injuries, but a lot of damage to the house from the truck crash.
The man was released from police custody this morning and will appear in a Brampton court on May 27.
