After urging drivers to be careful around motorcycles earlier in the day, the OPP are now investigating another motorcycle crash – this time involving a police vehicle.
A call came in just after 6 p.m. about an incident involving a Toronto Police cruiser and a motorcycle on Highway 407 near Bramalea Road.
According to Kerry Schmidt of the OPP Highway Safety Patrol, the rider of the motorcycle was transported to hospital with minor injuries and should be released soon.
Toronto Police are also investigating the events that led up to the accident.
The collision comes after three separate motorcycle crashes and three fatalities on Saturday.
