Update: Court documents obtained by CTV News Toronto show Allan Bortnick was found not guilty on all charges, in a ruling issued on April 18, 2018.
Toronto police have charged a chiropractor with sexual assault after two patients said they were assaulted during a treatment.
Police say the suspect is a chiropractor and naturopath who works in the Eglinton Avenue West and Allen Road area.
Police believe there may be more victims and remind the public that sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact including kissing and grabbing.
Allan Bortnick, 66, is charged with two counts of sexual assault and appeared in court Friday morning. The first sexual assault charge was laid in April 2015 and the second on July 9, 2015.
