A young girl has died after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened in the Millwood Road and McRae Drive area at approximately 4 p.m.
Police say the 7-year-old girl sustained serious trauma to her head and was taken to Sick Kids Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Police say the 50-year-old driver of the Toyota Sienna remained at the scene.
