AJAX, Ont. -- An Ajax man faces a murder charge in the death of his wife in the community just east of Toronto.
Durham Regional Police say Nasira Fazli, 31, was found in a townhouse on Torr Lane on Friday night with obvious signs of trauma.
Police say they believe it was a domestic-related homicide.
Further tests are being done to confirm the cause of death.
Police say Fazli's husband, Feraidon Mohammad Imbrahem, 31, has been charged with second-degree murder.
He remains in custody.
