Roads in Brampton have been reopened after an abandoned home caught fire on Saturday.
Peel police spokesperson Cst. Bally Saini said a call came in at noon.
Officers and firefighters arrived at the home located at James Potter and Creditview roads. Fire services extinguished the flames, but crews remain on scene. There is still “lots of smoke,” Saini said.
No one was injured in the fire.
Creditview Road from Kirkhaven Way to Valleyway Drive and James Potter Road from Alister to Bonavista drives were closed, but reopened just before 5:30 p.m.
