Police in Vaughan say one person has died following an industrial accident.

York Regional Police say they received a call from the scene on Applewood Crescent at around 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.

They found one person without vital signs and another with injuries.

Ornge paramedics say a male in his 50s has been transported to St. Michael’s Hospital with critical injuries, mostly to the head and neck.

A door fell on two people, according to Ornge.
