Three people have been arrested following an attempted robbery near Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
Toronto police said three youths attempted to rob someone on Caledonia Road, near Lawrence Avenue West, shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Officers were told one of the suspects was carrying an electroshock weapon.
Upon arrest, one of the suspects was found to be carrying a device "similar to a Taser or stun-gun," police said.
They have not provided the names or ages of those arrested, but said no one was injured in the incident.
