Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a 43-year-old Durham man.
Durham police responded to a call regarding an altercation between two men in the town of Beaverton around 12:00 p.m. Sunday.
A 32-year-old male was arrested shortly after in connection with the altercation. Police have not identified the suspect or released information about what, if any, charges have been laid.
Police say an investigation is currently underway and they are not looking for any other suspects.
This is Durham Region’s fourth homicide this year.
