Toronto police have charged a 20-year-old man after a woman was sexually assaulted while viewing a rental apartment.
The victim attended an apartment, in the Kennedy Road and McNicoll Avenue area, on June 25 after an ad was posted on Kijiji.
Police say the woman was offered an alcoholic beverage and marijuana when she viewed the condo unit.
The woman was then escorted out of the building to an area that required a key card to access and exit. She was then sexually assaulted.
Irfan Wirji, 20, of Toronto was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault.
The accused will appear in court 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on August 2.
