TORONTO - Police say one of the men facing charges in a fatal 2012 shooting at a Toronto ice cream parlour has been returned to Canada.

Toronto police say Rabih Alkhalil was returned to the city after an extradition application was granted by the government of Greece following his arrest last year.

Alkhalil is facing a first-degree murder charge in the shooting of 35-year-old John Raposo, as well as several drug-related charges.

Raposo was fatally shot on the patio of the Sicilian Ice Cream Shop on June 18, 2012 as soccer fans gathered to watch a Euro Cup game.

Dean Wiwchar, 27, of Vancouver, Nicola Nero, 36, of Niagara Falls, Ont., and Martino Caputo, 39, of Toronto are also charged with first-degree murder in Raposo's slaying.
