While frigid temperatures continue to grip most of the GTA, many outdoor rinks have already closed for the season.
However, 11 rinks that were to be closed will remain open until March 16, weather permitting, after donations from Canadian Tire and Scotiabank.

• Greenwood Park
• High Park
• Humber Valley Rink
• Irving W. Chapley Community Centre
• Joseph Bannon Park
• Kew Gardens
• Mel Lastman Square
• Monarch Park
• Nathan Phillips Square
• Otter Creek Centre
• Ramsden Park
• Regent Park (both parks)
• Rennie Park
• Riverdale Park East
• Scarborough Civic Centre/Albert Campbell
• Sir Adam Beck Rink
• Sunnydale Acres Rink
• Trinity Bellwoods Park
• West Mall Rink
• Westway Outdoor Rink
Rinks will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week until March 16.
