Editor's Note: Court documents obtained by CTV News Toronto show Basam Jajo has been acquitted of all charges indicated below.
The victim told Halton Regional Police she was assaulted by her driving instructor on Aug. 29.
An investigation was conducted by the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Bureau.
Police said the incident occurred between May and August. On Sept. 1, the driving teacher was arrested without incident.
Basam Jajo, 51, who was working for Ultimate Drivers in Oakville, has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
