Toronto born rapper Drake is set to open his first bricks-and-mortar store front for his label October's Very Own, or OVO, this weekend.

The store will be located in Toronto's Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood at 899 Dundas St. West. According to a tweet sent from the label's Twitter account, doors will open on Saturday at 11 a.m.

Last month, Drake sparked rumours of a possible store front for his clothing line after he posted a photo to Instagram of a sleek looking building featuring the OVO logo.

The photo was captioned: "Proud of my guy @oliverelkhatib OVO Store opening soot #6side," referring to the label's creative head Oliver El Khatib.

The hashtag "6side" likely refers to Toronto, which Drake nicknamed "The 6."

It's unclear what the origin of the nickname is, but some suggest that it may refer to the city's area codes, 416 and 647. Others have also suggested it references Toronto's amalgamation of six areas: Toronto, Scarborough, North York, East York, York and Etobicoke.

Drake has opened pop-up stores in the past, but this would be his first physical store.

Currently, fans of the clothing line can purchase OVO swagger online.
