A 22-year-old woman wanted for first-degree murder turned herself in to police Monday.
The charge stems from the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Noel Williams earlier this year.
Williams was found with multiple gunshot wounds near McCowan Road and Bur Oak Avenue on Feb. 10.
In April, a suspect identified as 28-year-old Jasper Atienza was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the case.
Yesterday, York Regional Police issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of a second person.
A suspect identified as 22-year-old Laurie Phan surrendered to authorities in Richmond Hill that same day.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing and urge anyone with new information to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
