The Toronto Transit Commission seems to be able to laugh at its own blunders after a "naughty" map of Downsview Station had to be removed earlier this week.
The map is a representation of the bus platform at the station, which, according to the drawing, is long and narrow-shaped, with a rounded tip at the top. The map was brought to TTC's spokesperson Brad Ross’ attention after it made some commuters uncomfortable.
Hey @bradTTC, did you give the final ok on this one? http://t.co/v6WOKj85mp

According to Ross, the map is "true to (the) architectural drawing of the station.
The map has since been removed and a new one has been designed.
On Wednesday, Ross tweeted a photo of a Downsview Station button. The caption says, "Good morning, Toronto. Today, featuring the naughty Downsview Station. #TTC."

Ross says the regular approval process for the map was not followed.
