WASAGA BEACH, Ont. -- The province's police watchdog is investigating after five people were injured in a crash in Wasaga Beach.
The Special Investigations Unit says a vehicle that had driven away after a minor collision sped off when provincial police tried to get the vehicle to stop.
Investigators say the vehicle lost control and crashed into a house.
Five people in the vehicle were taken to a Collingwood hospital.
Two males have been released while a 25-year-old man remains in the Collingwood hospital.
A 25-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were airlifted to a Toronto hospital with numerous fractures.
