TORONTO - Toronto police have made three arrests in a marijuana grow-op investigation.

Police allege drug squad officers with a warrant found a large marijuana grow operation Nov. 1 in a maintenance area above the boiler room on the roof of a condominium building.

Investigators say officers seized nearly 2,700 marijuana plants and hydroponic equipment at the building on Corporate Drive.

Mark Thomas Fortin, 54, Elizabeth Herczeg, 48, and Jeremy Tavener, 35, all of Toronto, face drug-related charges.

They are due in court today.
