Peel Regional Police released photos Thursday of two suspects who may be connected to a fraud investigation in Mississauga.
On April 7, a female victim asked two men to perform a “blessing” at her Mississauga home. Police said the victim hoped to have her “bad luck” removed from the residence.
Peel police spokesperson Rachel Gibbs said the case is still under investigation and she cannot reveal how the female victim was defrauded or how she met the two men.
The first suspect is described as South Asian with black hair. He was wearing dark-rimmed glasses and a gold ring on his right ring finger. He is described as around 45-years-old.
The second suspect is described as South Asian with dark facial hair and glasses. He was wearing a toque and was around 35-years-old.
Police are asking the public to help identify the suspects and to call 905-453-2121 with any information.
