TORONTO - A woman charged in a case related to G20 summit security has been released on bail.

Kristen Peterson was granted bail in court this afternoon on condition that she live with her parents and have no contact with her husband.

Peterson's husband Byron Sonne is also facing charges related to summit security. His case was put over until June 30.

The couple has been behind bars since police raided their million-dollar home in Toronto's north end Tuesday.

Sonne -- an Internet security expert -- faces charges of possession of explosives, weapons dangerous and mischief.

His artist wife is charged with possession of an explosive device and possession of weapon for dangerous purpose.

Reached by phone at her home in Brampton, Sonne's mother Valerie Sonne said she is standing by her son and his wife.

"We love and support our son Byron and his wife Kristen and other than that, no comment," she said.
