Their little girl went missing more than three months ago and on Wednesday, Victoria Stafford's parents will mark their daughter's birthday with quiet reflection.

Victoria, who would have turned 9 on July 15, went missing on April 8 from her Woodstock, Ont. hometown.

Her body has never been found but police have charged a couple with first-degree murder and kidnapping.

The search for the girl's body continues, police say, but so far teams of investigators have not had any luck locating the child.

The girl, who was affectionately known as "Tori" by her family and friends, was a bubbly, vivacious child who loved birthday parties.

However, Victoria's father Rodney told reporters that this year he will celebrate his child's birthday alone with his memories.
