Two people have died in a multi-vehicle collision in Mississauga on Monday afternoon.
Police said two women died on the scene at Hurontario Street and the Queensway at approximately 3 p.m.
A woman in her 60s was transported by air ambulance to Sunnybrook hospital with life-threatening injuries and an elderly male was taken to Trillium hospital, also with life-threatening injuries, Emergency Services said.
Another patient was treated on the scene for minor injuries.
The intersection reopened at 8:30 p.m.
