A Toronto man faces two drug charges after police seized 2,465 marijuana plants from two apartment buildings on Thursday.

Some of the units, which were all being used solely for the grow operation, had extensive damage and mold growing on the walls.

Police also seized hydroponics equipment and some dried marijuana.

Quang Tan Huynh, 38, is charged with: 11 counts of Production of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking.

He was scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
