Toronto man accused of stealing election signs
Just a week before the municipal election, police have arrested a Toronto man they accuse of stealing 41 election signs.
Police arrived in the Dundas Street West and Huron Street area just after midnight Monday after someone reported property damage and found a man in possession of the signs.
Devon Shane Scott, 29, is charged with theft, possession of stolen property and mischief. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3.
