WOODSTOCK, Ont. - Tory Stafford's father is preparing for a 3,400-kilometre bike ride across the country in honour of his slain daughter.

Rodney Stafford leaves the city of Woodstock, Ont., Aug. 2nd on a bike ride to Edmonton in an effort to raise money for Child Find Ontario, a group that works to find and protect missing kids.

Brian Walsh of Pedal Power and Ron Stelzel of Hear-Med in Woodstock, Ont. are out-fitting Stafford with a touring bike, maintenance and clothing for his journey.

The touring bike will be auctioned off at the end of the ride to the highest bidder.

Tori Stafford was abducted April 8th after leaving her school in Woodstock.

Two people, 28 year old Michael Rafferty and 19 year old Terri-Lynne McLintic, remain in custody facing kidnapping and first degree murder charges.
