Three people seriously injured in Mississauga collision

A motorcyclist and two pedestrians have been seriously injured in a collision in Mississauga.

Peel police said officers attended the area of Derry Road East and Dixie Road just after 9 p.m. for a collision.

The motorcycle rider was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, police said.

They added that the two pedestrians were also taken to hospitals, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the collision are under investigation.

Police are asking anyone with information, or dash cam footage, to contact investigators at 905-453-2121, ext. 3710 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
