MINDEN HILLS, Ont. - A third Toronto man has been charged after a man died following a home invasion northwest of Peterborough.
Raphael Guerra, 25, was charged late Friday with first-degree murder and attempted murder.
Ryan Kennedy, 21, and another man were injured during the break-in at a home on South Lake Road near the town of Minden Hills last Wednesday.
Kennedy was pronounced dead at the Minden hospital while the other man was treated for injuries and released.
Two other Toronto men, Tin Wai Hong, 27, and Mason Gillard-Gatza, 19, were charged on Thursday.
Police are continuing to look for others who may be involved in the incident.
