Halton Regional Police have arrested a third man after a weekend armed home invasion left one man injured.

Halton police said they arrested Luke Rosier, 23, Monday afternoon without incident.

On Saturday evening, police said two masked men, one of them armed with a shotgun, forced their way into an apartment located at 30 Speers Rd. in Oakville.

Police said they believe three men were inside the unit when the masked men entered.

During the invasion, police allege one of the men opened fire and that one of the occupants sustained minor injuries.

Police allege that the men left the address with property from the apartment and took off in a waiting vehicle.

Police arrested and charged Dillon Hall-Worthington, 20, and Tyler Hall-Worthington, 18, over the weekend. They were charged with robbery-related offences. Both men are from Oakville.

Police are still looking for a fourth man who is described as black, in his mid-20s and between 5’5” and 5’11” in height with a very slim build. He was wearing a black Toronto Blue Jays baseball cap.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the 20 Division staff sergeant at 905-825-4747 ext. 2210, or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
