A 19-year-old man was shot and taken to a trauma centre where he was listed as being in serious condition Wednesday evening.
The shooting occurred shortly before 7:30 p.m. somewhere around Brenyon Way, which is north of Sheppard Avenue near Morningside Avenue.
Police said the shooting may have occurred in a nearby park, but they're not certain.
Officers confirmed that the man was shot in the torso.
They said they investigation is ongoing.
