A 15-year-old boy was rushed to hospital Monday evening after being stabbed in the chest inside his North York high school.
The teen was inside Newtonbrook Secondary School, on Hilda Avenue just south of Steeles Avenue, when he was stabbed at around 6 p.m.
The victim was rushed to Sunnybrook hospital with minor injuries while police canvassed the school for witnesses and suspects.
Authorities said they are not sure how many people were involved in the fight.
The teen is expected to make a full recovery from his injuries.
