A teenage boy suffered life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Toronto’s east end, police say.
The incident occurred at approximately 6 p.m. at Dentonia Park and Thyra Avenues, in the area of Victoria Park and Danforth Avenues.
Crews at the scene found the victim with a gunshot wound the neck. The 17-year-old was rushed to hospital in "critical but stable" condition.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear.
Investigators are searching for two suspects who were seen leaving the area. No suspect information has been released.
Police are still investigating.
